Uneven joints that immediately catch the eye upon a second glance – even though so much effort was put in.

Anyone who has ever tried to evenly apply joints by hand knows the result: clumpy spots here, too little material there. The CementGun directs the mortar precisely through one of four selectable nozzles and distributes it evenly in the joint – whether standard mortar or epoxy mortar. The result is a clean, seamless surface that looks as if a professional has done the work.

Advantages

  • No more crooked lines when grouting: Thanks to the four different nozzle attachments, the mortar lands exactly where it belongs – without reworking or tedious smoothing by hand.
  • No more hours on all fours: The ergonomically shaped handle reduces the effort required during use, allowing larger areas to be processed in one go without hand fatigue.
  • No tool change between different mortars: The CementGun works equally well with standard mortar and epoxy mortar – the plastic and stainless steel housing withstands the materials without rusting or bending.

Specifications

  • Materials: Plastic, stainless steel
  • Compatible with: Standard mortar, epoxy mortar
  • Color: Black & Yellow
  • Dimensions: 62.1 x 13.8 cm
  • Number of nozzles: 4 interchangeable attachments

Application

  1. Filling: Fill the container of the CementGun with mortar and attach the appropriate nozzle for the joint width.
  2. Injecting: Move the gun evenly along the joint and activate the trigger with constant pressure – the mortar will distribute itself automatically.
  3. Smoothing: Smooth the surface briefly with a joint spatula if necessary – the base distribution is already so even that little rework is required.

Pro tip: Dip the nozzle briefly in water before first use – this will help prevent the mortar from sticking to the nozzle opening and make it easier to clean after work.
