With the Brewjar, you can make an ultra delicious drink with the help of cold water, a little time and freshly ground coffee.

Extraction with cold water takes up to 24 hours, which is significantly longer than with hot water, but it is all the more worthwhile. This is because the cold water extracts only the best components of a coffee bean. Bitter substances and acids remain in the pomace. As a result, Cold Brew Coffee not only tastes significantly fruitier and sweeter than hot-brewed coffee, it also turns out to be more digestible. Ice-cold, it is a unique refreshment, that also makes a great addition to long drinks or cocktails. An example would be the alcohol-free Cold Brew Tonic. Green tea, such as mate, also tastes excellent as Cold Brew. There are no limits to your fanaticism here.

The Quattro Stagioni glass as an Italian classic and also the double-walled stainless steel filter are of very high quality. The glass closes airtight and the filter made of robust stainless steel does not allow even the smallest particles to pass through. In addition, all parts are easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher. The filter has a removable seal made of food-safe silicone. This means that the BREWJAR is completely airtight during the brewing process and can even be shaken for even better extraction. The finished cold brew can be stored hygienically in the glass and thus keeps fresh and delicious for up to a week.
